Ghayath Almadhoun (b 1979) is a Syrian-Palestinian-Swedish poet. He was born in the Yarmouk Palestinian refugee camp in Damascus as the son of a Palestinian father and a Syrian mother. Almadhoun lives alternately in Stockholm and Berlin.
